What does a Micro USB cable look like

My 3rd generation Apple TV light is blinking and will not proceed with some update. I supposedly need a Micro usb cable and don’t know what that looks like. I have a Mac Catalina laptop

Apple TV updates do not require a cable. You go to Settings-General-Software Updates to update them.

If you are attempting to reset the Apple TV due to some problem you are having then you would connect the Apple TV to your computer.

thank you. I looked up apple support as directed on my tv monitor. Instructions said I needed a micro usb cable. But I don't know what that cable looks like. Is there a universal cable that will connect my Apple TV to my Mac laptop?
