Subscriptions

I have cancelled all of my subscriptions as i am wanting to change the country/region setting.

I read the information and it said that after you cancel all of you subscriptions you are able to change the country/region. I can't seem to do this, when i try i get a message saying "cancel you apple music subscription" which i have done.

Any idea what i should do now?

iPhone 11, iOS 14

Wait for them to expire, or click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
