On an iPhone 6s yes. Settings->General->Software Update.

On an iPhone 6, no, its not compatible. 12.4.9 is as far as an iPhone 6 can update to at this point.

The 6 and 6s are different phones.

If you wish to update, you will only be able to update to the latest iOS the iPhone will support, which at this time would be iOS 14.2.
