Hi,
Sorry to ask, I have a iMac and it is over 5 years old. The OS is showing 10.9.5. I haven’t upgraded the OS. I recently bought a hard drive to back up photos etc onto. However when it arrived I noted it was only comparable with OS 10.9.5. I went into the system to look for software updates but it says there aren’t any. As the OS is so far behind can I still update it? If yes, can someone tell me how? Sorry my knowledge of Apple operating systems is very limited.
