Security and Privacy no "Allow" button

I'm trying to use BlueStacks to play video games but I can't open it since extension is disabled. Since I installed the latest software, whenever I open system preferences and then Security and Privacy, under the general tab I can't find the "allow" button in order to open BlueStacks or any other app/program. How can I solve this?

How do I change the down allow setting when installing a app? First off let me say that this is my first MacBook and I am trying to find answers online before asking questions. I am trying to install a app specifically Norton Anti Virus, and when I asked if I wanted to download the files to install I hit down allow like a big dummy, and anyone tell what setting I need to change either in settings or in the browser to allow the download so I can get the software installed? system extension blocked but no way to allow it So i am trying to install bluestacks android emulator, and everything is fine until i get to about 90% finished in the first start up of the app. I get a message saying 'system extention blocked please go to security and privacy settings to allow the extension" so i go over to securrity and privacy settings and there is no message or button to allow the system extension. I have tried many different ways to get it to work but none of them work. Thanks

BlueStacks is not compatible with Big Sur or 2014 Macs or older.
