how do I recover all of the recently deleted files? There were one 4 of 448 items in my iCloud drive.

I was trying to clear out some of the junk on my MacBook Air and I deleted recent downloads, etc... needless to say now all of my files are empty. When I went to my iCloud to recover the files there were only 4 of the 448 files that I deleted. Where did the others go?

Hi there Mibrivis,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you deleted some of your files on your MacBook and you want to recover them if you can. You can recover deleted files within 30 days if they were synced to your iCloud account. If they are deleted before they have a chance to be synced to iCloud they may not be able to be found on iCloud to be restored. Learn more here: Recover deleted files on iCloud.com.

If the files have been permanently deleted they will also not be recoverable. Learn more here: Permanently remove deleted files on iCloud.com.

We hope this helps!
