the image on my carplay is scrambled/pixelated when connecting my iphone 12 pro max to my mercedes a-class 200. It works with an iphone Xr with ios 14.2 but not the iphone 12. i’ve attempted all the troubleshoot steps listed on the support website but still not fix - any fix for this error?

i already attempted those steps but still no luck. i tried reseting my settings and it worked for a brief period but not the same issue persists.
