I have load up my Apple wallet with iTunes cards just to use it for purchases online. After everything. All my purchases are being declined. I really wish for it to be resolved soon. My Apple ID is piantore482@gmail.com

I have loaded my Apple wallet with iTunes gift cards with an amount of $1987.37. After I loaded it all my purchases are being declined which I clearly seem not to be appropriate to me. I really want this issue to be resolved because that is much money I have it there . I can’t even use it to update my application bills which is clearly wrong.
