Thank you guys. I did load the app and I also found the out as to why my email was not found. When I did the subscription, it only registered the device on they system not my email even thou I used my Apple ID to registered in order to pay. In the initial set up the device only transferred a few settings, not all like it said it did. Maybe it was explained what it did but you have to go online and thru hoops just to get this information So yes I had to register my email and restore or continue pop up. Picked restore and back in business Other subscription was easy Just log in and presto

Did you load the Disney Plus app onto your AppleTV 4K, if you did and you still have problems please contact Disney for support on their app.
