app store links to older OS versions (catalina) don't work. am i crazy?

I'm trying to update an older mac to the last possible OS version but the links that redirect to App Store for download are all broken. Where can I download Catalina for a 2020 mac?

Mac mini, macOS 10.13

No, you're not. They don't work if clicked on in Firefox.
