At the beginning of every month, I get a charge to my PayPal account. It’s nothing that shows up on my purchases from apple. I removed my PayPal account and put a card on file instead, but the purchase still happens on my PayPal. How do I stop this?

Ask PayPal what it is. If they say it came from the iTunes Store, click here and contact its staff.
