Settings App crashed on setting up Sound recognition

iPhone XS Max recently updated to IOS 14.2. I have problem with setting up sound recognition...every time I tried to enter "Sound recognition" under Settings\Accessibility, the Settings App crashed. I tried resetting Network settings and resetting All settings, nothing worked out. Any ideas to solve this issue?
