I’ve been having a lot of problems with my storage , I only have 3 apps downloaded but I figured out what is taking all my storage it’s in the category “other” I don’t know how to clear there’s about 19.8 gb in the “other” category. I want to know how to clear this it’s a big problem I can’t even take pictures.

I know that you have updated to IOS version 14.x. and still have the issue. The recommendation mentioned above will have your create a back up and then erase your iPhone and then restore from the backup that you created.

It said this iCloud could not be backed up bec of you’re storage
