Why do I have 3 different drives on my iMac 21.5”4K ??

I bought this off of Craigslist and realized something fishy about the disc drives. It’s completely separate and the system runs kind of slow. Wondering if I got scammed maybe or if this is something that can be fixed. The picture is my iMac in recovery mode under disk utility

No you did not get scammed.

Your system only has two drives: APPLE HDD and APPLE SSD: These are supposed to make up a single fusion drive. If you are seeing them both in finder when booting normally your fusion drive may have become split and in need of re-fusing: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT207584

The Disk Image should be the recovery mode.
