I have already exchanged the phone twice with in 2 days.
And yes it is my new phone and I was trying to get the back up from my I cloud account for which I am paying 10$ monthly for extra space.
I went to genius bar they tried for 2 hours to get my back up where as My whole back up came into my I pad in front of them , but it was not coming in my I phone 12 pro.
I called apple care customer too they could not even understand my issue.
And yes, I do not need any
more help from your side or apple side, as I have already installed my phone as a new phone because I could not wait any longer to use my phone.
All I am saying apple did not care to even solve my problem. They tried the same thing which I was doing earlier.
And let me bring your kind attention people who have transferred the data fro phone to phone in i phone 12 they did not face any issue. Whereas, several people faced this issue when they tried through I cloud .
