Chirping noises can be due to a failing hard drive. If your Mac has a hard drive then make sure to have a good backup since the hard drive is failing. Then I would suggest replacing the hard drive with an SSD which will also give a nice performance boost.
Maybe you are browsing a bird sanctuary site and there is sound in your browser coming from the site.
Could also be a failing fan, if your MacBook has such, Sasha_theGreat.
