Mysterious Generic notifcation "Update Available Title"?

I have a mysterious notification that keeps popping up. It says

"Update Available Title

Update Available Body"

I dismiss it and it appears again the next day. I've checked the App Store, System Settings and my commonly used programs, and I don't see anything with an update pending. Is there a way to look under the hood and see what program may have triggered this notifcation?

Do you have a Blackmagic eGpu? I see this notification whenever I connect mine. (And not really any other time.) It started happening after I installed an update from Blackmagic Design that was either a firmware update on the eGpu or a Thunderbolt update (not sure).

Same here:

There's even an "Options" popup at the bottom right, with the helpfully titled options "Update Title" and "Not Now Title". Clicking on it does nothing.

Just updated from 10.14.6 to 13.1, with lots of changes, one of which apparently triggered this.

(haven't been able to track it down yet.)
