(my phone is saying update apple id settings)

saying some things will not be available to me until i sign in again sooo then i put password for apple id

then my phone pin, then it ask for my old phone pin.. whitch idk it.. then explains i can aprove my phone from my computer that is already signed into apple .... but know idkh or what to do from my computer
