It says that they Airplay Device is is not compatible with the current Airplay Playback configuration.
I am using windows 10 pro, 64 bit and Itunes 12.11.0.26 and the airplay device is a Roku Ultra which is working with my Mac Pro running Mojave.

“The Apple devices below support streaming audio and video with AirPlay 2.
So it sounds like this would not work with a Windows PC using iTunes to play music to. However, you can Contact customer support at Roku to verify.
