Iphone 11 can not restore.

I did all the steps in the "If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch". However, halfway when my Iphone is updating it stops and I get error 14, this is a 1 month old Iphone 11 and I am using the apple usb cable that was included, I am doing the update/restore on a 2015 MacBook Air v11.0.1. I tried restoring multiple times but I keep having this issue. I hope someone can help me out!
