So my laptop has been off for the past few weeks, and recently when it turned back on it showed an “x“ on the battery icon. Since I didn’t want to further worsen the condition, I plugged in the charger and turned it off. Next day I couldn’t turn it back on after that. May I know what I should do to fix this?

Take it in to Service the battery (?)

And the model is a MacBook Pro 13 inch 2018
