Frozen/ wont shut off

I just ended a FaceTime call and the screen is frozen. I cannot open any apps or shut my phone off. I tried the volume up released, volume down release and then power button and nothing is working. Please help.

My iphone froze up after a facetime call.. I can get it to do anything not even turn off to re After Facetiming I can't get a dark screen to close out in the background and it has caused me not to get into my other aps. I can't shut it down to restart. Nothing works! Can someone help me resolve this? I have the Iphone 11
