Bluetooth remote use of phone via app or device

I am concerned my son is covertly using iPhone 7 via bluetooth because the connectivity dial is always spinning when I look. (My newer phone says not connected when not being used). Could my son be using an ear piece or some remote audible radio app while I have his phone?

Bluetooth? when i am on a call and i want to switch to speaker i push the button and it gives me the following options.. iPhone .. speaker... living room. My question is how do i get this “living room “ option off? I don’t have a device with that name, its doesn't show in my Bluetooth list, i have turned off my Bluetooth, it has happened while at home and while at work i don't have any device with that name in either of those places. How can i get this option off it’s annoying when i want to switch to speaker quickly and then i can’t like i normally am. I have had this phone for about 2 years and only started happening about 2 mos ago.

Bluetooth not connecting on iPhone My Bluetooth does not connect to my hearing aids. Also noticed does not connect to my remote for camera. The only thing I did recently was activate voice control and did not like it and turn off voice control. I feel that has something to do with it? I used Voice Control to have camera take photo they just saying “cheese.” I felt Voice Control slagged my typing on the iPhone, and I disabled it. Any ideas how to get Bluetooth activated again. Phone cannot find hearing aids.
