Apple TV 4k flapping Ethernet switch port problem still exists

I would like to bring up this topic again as it is still not solved even with tvOS 14.2

Apple TV 4k connected to TP Link Switch port is constantly flapping link down/link up while in sleep mode.

Nearly 3 years there seems that there is no solution available.

Shame on you Apple.
