TCL Roku TV

Hello everyone, I recently bought a TCL TV with Roku built in, but for some reason every time I try to watch Apple TV+ shows on it I get a green screen. I read on a blog that changing the display settings will make it work, but I can't find that either.


I have tried looking for it on settings and also by pressing * while watching a video. No Luck!

I had the same problem. I deleted the Apple TV+ app, restarted the Roku system/TV, then reinstalled the Apple TV app. It now works again.

I had the same problem this morning. So I unplugged both the Roku TV and the Apple TV box, which seemed to work. I also updated the Roku TV. But to be honest with you, this is the second time this has happened, using the above fix I was able to get the picture back. However, there has to be a deeper problem because I have been using Apple TV with Roku for a few years now and this is the first time this has happened.


Other, suggestions would very much be appreciated.
