Authorization Error - Adding phone number in PLAY as a Payment method

Hello,

I have some problem adding my phone number as a payment method on my Apple ID. I would like to add my phone number which is on polish carrier PLAY, as a payment method. After a while Error message (screen shots below) pops up that is some issue with my billing mobile account. I contacted my carrier and they say that everything is ok and it should be working and if it not then I have to contact Apple. I’ve tried adding this number on another iPhone with different Apple ID and there is the same issue. Has anyone had similar problem and know how to resolve it? 🙂

Mam problem z dołączeniem nowej metody płatności do Apple ID. Chciałem dodać nową metodę płatności do AppStore za pomocą numeru telefonu w PLAY. Po próbie dodawania wyskakuje mi error, jak na załączonym screenie. Kontaktowałem się z operatorem, twierdzą, że wszystko jest ok i winna leży po stronie apple. Próbowałem dodać ten numer na innym iPhone’ie z innym Apple ID i jest dokładnie tak samo. Czy ktoś miał podobny problem i wie jak można go rozwiązać?
