iPhone music volume lowers itself after iOS update

Based on the setup you described, we would suggest using an audio interface between your iPhone and your external speakers. That way, the volume can be "normal" (set near the middle) coming out of the iPhone, but you can increase it from the USB audio interface to your speakers. Start with the "Gain" for your speaker volume set to low, and adjust as needed. If you have a portable PA system with speaker volume integrated in the amplifier, then you wouldn't need this audio interface.

If the headphone accommodations feature is enabled, turn it off.

It sounds like the volume is going down when playing music on your iPhone 7 with iOS 14.

Is this happening with songs that are downloaded to your iPhone, or songs that are streaming from Apple Music?

Does it happen with specific songs or with all music?

Are you playing through the internal speakers of your iPhone, or with headphones?

Please confirm you have updated to the latest version of iOS 14, and restart your iPhone to refresh it.

If you have a case on the iPhone, please remove it and test again.

If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker
