I believe you're using headphones/ earphones while listening to music.

iPhones have a Headphone Safety feature to protect your ears from loud sounds.

In oder to change the audio limit or turn of this feature, follow the steps below:

1. Open Settings
2. Open Sounds & Haptics
3. Click on Headphone Safety
4. To turn off this feature, toggle the "Reduce Loud Sounds" off.
5. To change the audio limit, use the slider below to adjust.
