iPhone Volume

Why does the volume on my iPhone 13 Pro randomly go up and down at regular intervals regardless of how I’m listening or what I’m listening to (so much so that I can’t hear it, but I don’t want to turn it up because then it would be too loud when it comes back up!!)???

Lock the ringer and alert volumes in Settings

Go to Settings .
Tap Sounds & Haptics (on supported models) or Sounds (on other iPhone models).
Turn off Change with Buttons.

Try, "change with buttons" option, [Disabled]
