Trying to sign out of my old device so I can give to my daughter but can’t remember password for that device But can sign in on my new iPhone with the same iCloud so my daughter can’t login to her own iCloud what can I do to sign out it old device without the password

Not sure gave it to her month ago thought I reset it and clears it but she say cont sign in to icky because it stil logged in to mine every thing working I st can’t get on the iCloud login I can’t seem to log out on that phone
