"Can't download the software because of a network problem" on my iPhone 6s running 14.2

When I connect my phone to my MacBook, and I see this screenshot.

When I click "Install", I am seeing this screen.

Note: I have tried to connect my wife's phone (iPhone 6), and I can see the phone is connected properly to iTune. I have reboot my iPhone 6s a few times, and it's still not working.

Please do not send me the below link because I have tried that, no use. Any help or suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

Hey there, and welcome to Apple Support Communities, Uglylittleduck!

From our understanding, when you try to connect your iPhone to your Mac, you get an error that an update is needed to connect. We’d be happy to help!

It looks like you’ve already done a few steps in an attempt to resolve this, so we’d also recommend checking out: If you see an error in Finder or iTunes on your computer - Apple Support

It’s important to note that this message can mean that your computer or iTunes specifically requires an update, not necessarily the iPhone.

Let us know if that helps.

Cheers!
