I need to get my phone unlocked ASAP by Apple who do I need to contact please? (Details - my current provider won’t do it because of their policy so they told me that I had to go straight to the manufacturer which is Apple)

Your carrier lied. Apple does not and cannot unlock a carrier locked phone. Apple builds the phones. Carriers control the cellular service on the phone. You need to find out what the carrier will require (likely paying off the term of the contract on the phone) to unlock it.

If your phone is locked to a carrier, Apple cannot unlock it, only your carrier can.

I already contacted my carrier and they told me to get in contact with Apple cause they can do it too, and my new carrier told me that Apple should be able to do it as well so it is possible. My situation is finding out how
