I forgot my passcode in my iphone 7 plus, I already press and hold the side button until the power off slider appears and drag the slider to turn off my iPhone. When I turned it on again, still its disabled. What should I do?

it is disabled and it says that try again in 15 minutes, its my third time already trying again...

already did that, except the doing the recovery mode, i am in the office right now and don't have access in installing any in my computer

I already did press and hold both the Side (or Top) button and the Volume Down button and see the Apple logo, but still my device says that the iphone is disabled and try again in 15 minutes
Once it is in recovery mode connected to your computer you restore it from your backup.
You would need to continue holding both buttons until you see the recovery screen. Then in iTunes or finder on a Mac, restore the device. This will erase all content from the iPhone however.
