I would like to change my primary @icloud.com email, do you know how?
If it's not possible and the only way is to create a new Apple ID, what's the best way to migrate all my stuff from old to new one without losing any of my data.

Your profile shows using an iPhone , once an Apple ID say example1@icloud.com is created its prefix can't be changed and its permanent .
If this apple id is signed in iPhone https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT204053

the new Apple ID will be created , but the data that was stored in the iPhone from the primary Apple ID was synced by turning on iCloud features https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/icloud/mmb1de40d9/icloud
Once the Apple ID is signed out https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT208242 , the data remains on the iCloud , and coming to your question , in a single iPhone the iCloud data can never be shared between two accounts .
