Upgrade my storage

i bought 50G from iCloud storage to have back up for my iPhone , but it was not reflect in my iPhone 6s , please your support

One cannot purchase extra iCloud storage to augment their device's storage as the latter cannot be altered.

Hello ziyad963,

I believe you are saying you ran out of iCloud backup storage space, on your iPhone, and you purchased 50GB’s at a monthly rate, from Apple. The problem is that you are not able to access the 50GB’s, you are paying for, and still only have access to the original amount of iCloud data storage,5GB’s.

You need to contact Apple to get help with this issue. Call Apple at - 1 (800) 692-7753, they are the only ones who can fix this for you. Good luck!
