How do I change the volume when use the phone in speaker phone (Speaker in the audio button).
Previous models the buttons on the side of the phone would adjust the volume. (not for me)
Nothing in Control panel adjust the speaker volume when making calls
Nothing in setting adjust "speaker" volume when making calls
Please help! The Disney hold music is getting me!!

I am experiencing this same issue. Unfortunately I am still experiencing the same issue after trying your recommendation.
The volume keys appear to work for other functions like taking a screeenshot, just not for changing the volume. The issue exists whether on a phone call, in an an app or just on the home screen. I have had the phone for 5 days and have not yet been able to use the volume keys to change the volume in any situation.
Further support would be greatly appreciated.

Although I haven’t figured out how to stop it from happening. A workaround is to restart the phone. I had/have all the correct settings enabled. Restarting worked for me.
