I sold my watch to someone in another state. I went to Verizon first to make sure there would not be a problem but now the new owner says it’s tied to my account. Please help.

I sold my Apple Watch from 2017 to a woman in another state. It was tied to my Verizon iPhone. I went to Verizon to make sure she would not have any problems but now she’s having problems because it’s somehow still linked. Please help.

Bought used Apple Watch locked to original owner. please i want to fix an apple watch series 3 which i bought used from someone here in Finland but i still cant use it because I don't have the person apple id and she told me she sign out already that I don't need her id to do that please i need her to fix it [Re-Titled by Moderator]

You need to follow ALL these steps;

Remove the activation lock so somebody else can use it
