There is no item CarPlay in General.
I tired switching of all restrictions, to no await.
Please, can anyone help?

Make sure that you do not have any Restrictions turned on in Screen Time. Also, check this support document to ensure that you are in an area that supports CarPlay. If you need help with CarPlay - Apple Support

I’m in Spain my other iPhones have CarPlay displayed and working fine.
I’ve checked screen time restrictions; there aren’t any. See the screenshot.
What am I missing?
