No CarPlay in iPhone mini iOS14.2

There is no item CarPlay in General.

I tired switching of all restrictions, to no await.

Please, can anyone help?

Make sure that you do not have any Restrictions turned on in Screen Time. Also, check this support document to ensure that you are in an area that supports CarPlay. If you need help with CarPlay - Apple Support
