Iphone safari "cannot parse response" error message

I frequent a website that I use daily for work that all the sudden will not open on my iPhone using safari. I receive the following error "cannot parse response" when the site won't open.

-Other iPhone users can open the website no problem.

-I have been on the website multiple times before with no problems.

-I have an iPhone 6S with updated software.

-I cleared the cookies/history and website data and that did not fix it.

-I restarted the phone and that did not fix it.

-I see no recent articles about this.

Can someone please help me?

Hi didda13,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're getting an error message when visiting a website, and you'd like some help with that! We'd like to help.

You've completed a lot of good steps so far to get this resolved. Moving forward, we'd like to close Safari from the app switcher: How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Then, test the issue again.

Another step to try is to attempt to access the webpage over a different network, whether that be a different Wi-Fi network or by using cellular data.

If you're still unable to access the webpage, next, you may want to reach out to the website developer.

Take care!
