Why does my iPhone think I’m in USA not UK.

My iPhone is set on uk language and uk region. However it still seems to think I’m in the USA.

What are you seeing on the phone that is making you believe the phone thinks you are in the US instead of the UK?

Go to Settings>General>Language & Region>Region and, regardless off what it says, tap on it and re-select UK as your region.
