Clear the OTHER file

I cant update the new MacOS Big Sur for lack of disk space on my Macbook Air. The file named OTHER takes up 1/3 of the storage capacity, so how do I clear it. I am unable to access that file OTHER

If I had to guess you have a MacBook Air with the minimum storage capacity of 128 GB.
