Log-in Attempt from China

There was a notification that popped at my screen today. It said that someone is trying to log-in onto my Apple ID in Beijing China, but I live here in the Philippines. I pressed "Don't Allow" when the notification popped on my screen and immediatey changed my password. What should I do? Should I report this? Im really concerned about my privacy. Thank You

You can also add 2 Factor Authentication to your account for more security. If the attempts continue, you might want to consider a name change.
