notifications of a virus?

I've been getting notifications from the Calendar app every 30 minutes saying that I have 50 viruses and need to download apps or my information will be leaked, but I am not too sure about it because the link that the notifications lead me to is some other language and doesn't say "Apple" in it anywhere. I have no idea how trustworthy it is, but my family keeps saying it's fake.
