Apple Watch repair coming back unfixed?
Here’s a copy of an Apple Watch issue from January of 2020 that apparently was never resolved, that other Apple Watch owners have experienced, including myself. My question to support is to learn if this problem has ever been addressed and resolved:
Apple Watch repair coming back unfixed?
So my new Watch every 3-4 days locks up so you cannot swipe up or down on it (side to side works good). To be able to swipe again you have to reset the watch. After doing this so often i sent the watch in for repair and there is not spot to explain what is happening in detail, you just follow the steps and send it in. I just got an email saying this....
Your product arrived at our repair center, but our technicians weren't able to process your repair request. We’re sending the product to you along with a letter that provides more information. If you have questions about the letter, feel free to Contact Apple Support to review your options. Be sure to use the same Repair ID. We apologize for any inconvenience
Any idea what this means? Of course if you turn it on it works fine but only after the 3-4 days it acts up again. Do you think they turned it on at the repair facility and figured it works?
