i buy a iphone but i cannot sign out frome Owner before me apple id . i have password that apple id but when i fill that tell me that apple id not active . i cannot access to pervius owner befor me . i cannot change it . please tell me how can i do .

If you can't reach the previous owner whose ID is on the device and have them remove the device from their account, the device is worthless. Apple won't unlock it for you.
