Memoji and Screen time

Hi All

Looks like someone one had this issue, but it wasn't resolved. Looking to access Memoji in messages with screen time on, has anyone done it?

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We understand Memoji will not work in Messages if you have Screen Time turned on. We’ll be happy to help with this.

If you haven’t already, force close Messages and restart your iPhone:

How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Restart your iPhone

Make sure iOS is up to date:

Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Test again after that and see if the issue is resolved:

Use Memoji in Messages on iPad
