Finding a stolen iPhone

If someone stole my phone and signed into it with their Apple ID, is there anyway for me to locate this device? It shows it under my devices in my iCloud, but it’s always offline, but I know they’re using it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Have you tried using Find My Phone?

Find My Phone - If your device is lost or stolen.

Find My Phone - Lock and track your device using Lost Mode.

Yeah that’s when it shows it’s offline everytime I check.....my only guess is bc he changed Apple ID and iCloud to new email address
