Restore Ipad
I can't get into my ipad b/c I forgot screen password. I'm trying the restore/update with my Microsoft Surface computer but keep getting error code 4010. Any suggestions?

Even though MS Surface computers run Windows, NOT sure if you can restore an iPad using one of these.
If you can, you need to install the latest iTunes version for Windows PC from Apple ( and NOT from the MS Store ) into your Surface computer and do the iPad restore through iTunes and iPad/iOS DFU mode.
