Slow Internet with iPhone 11

WiFi is spotty and intermittent since approximately the week before Thanksgiving. Google, Ring and several other apps are hanging up and freezing. More often than not in the last week, I can’t do a Google search at all unless I turn off my Wi-fi. I have tried rebooting EVERYTHING, turning off Wi-fi, forgetting my network, uninstalling and reinstalling apps that don’t work, running speed tests, contact Spectrum cable, etc. Nothing has helped. My husband’s phone is having the same issues.
