My phone is taking 12 hours to set up my Apple ID

I got a new iphone and i logged in with my apple id, it's showing "it takes a few minutes to set uo my apple id". Right now, it is not finished yet. It takes more than 12 hours. I don't know what should i do. I try to turn off the phone but it doesn't work.
